Depending on the time of year, Ulta offers gift wrapping or gift boxes plus personalized gift note services. Ulta offers gift wrapping from January through October and Ulta offers gift boxes from November through December. Choose a gift option in the Shopping Basket and Ulta will wrap or box your purchase and Ulta will include an optional personalized message with your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Individual items within an order cannot be wrapped or boxed separately. Oversized/overweight items are not eligible for gift services.
Products ordered online can be exchanged in the local store.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value. An in-store credit will be issued for the difference in price and tax for exchanges of lesser value without a receipt and with a receipt will receive full value if it is within the 60 days of original purchase.
ULTA does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Time limit on returns:
Products must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date to receive a refund to the payment method used on ULTA.com. An Ulta Beauty Gift Card or eGift Card will be issued for returns of products after 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip when returned to the processing center.
To serve you better, ULTA.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because Ulta's system processes orders immediately, Ulta are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
