Can I Cancel My Order At Masdings?

If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer, then Masdings may have no option but to cancel the order. To prevent this happening, always take care when entering your address into the payment system and always use your billing address as it appears on your statement. If for any reason Masdings cannot verify your address or suspect you are not the rightful owner of the credit/debit card, Masdings reserve the right to cancel your order and credit you immediately.

Which Payment Options Can I Use?

Customers may pay by using their own credit card using, Mastercard, Visa and all debit cards on receipt of order, the payment will be processed and debited from the account. In the event of a card refusal the card issuer will perform usual verification check. Masdings is not liable for non-delivery or delay. The transaction will be processed by the secure payment. J.H. MASDING & SON LIMITED does not hold any card information

When Do I Get My Refund Once I've Returned an Item?

The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once Masdings has refunded you. 

Masdings will endeavour to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods. It will take a further 3-5 working days to clear through the banking system. If you have paid by PayPal your refund will instantly be placed into your PayPal account.

How Do I Return an Item I Ordered Online?

If you wish to return any item(s) for an exchange of colour, size, another item or a refund you will need to contact us within 14 days from the day you took delivery of your parcel. You then have an additional 14 days to get the item back to us. The items need to be in their original condition, complete with labels and in a protective bag/box. If the item is received past the 14 days return period a credit or exchange will be offered and not a refund. 

Any item returned must adhere to the conditions below: 

  • Must be returned in the original condition, complete with labels and packaging 
  • Items must be unworn with no evidence of deodorants, aftershaves, make-up, hair or other marks or odours.
  • For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange underwear, Ladies Swimwear, hosiery, earrings or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed
  • A completed returns form that can be found on the reverse of the invoice.

Any returned item(s) that does not conform to the above requirements will be subject to a delivery charge to return the item to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
