Swarovski will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that they are returned in the country of delivery in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition together with the Return Form and the original Swarovski packaging.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. For this purpose, please make a new online order.

Online returns will be accepted in all Swarovski Click & Collect stores. Please use the Store Finder to find your nearest Swarovski Click & Collect store. Once your online return has been processed within a Swarovski Click & Collect store you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will then be processed according to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Swarovski accepts Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and American Express as methods of payment. Please select the appropriate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required credit card details. Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed.
Please make sure that your Be Swarovski membership number is registered in your online account in order to redeem your Be Swarovski rewards.
You will then be able to add the Be Swarovski rewards in the Shopping Bag. Either click on the link in your reward email and your code will be added automatically to the Shopping Bag, or copy and paste the online code from your reward email into the Shopping Bag.
Please be aware that the loyalty gift is only redeemable in store and not on the website.

Send a present directly to someone special! Swarovski will wrap your order in a pretty gift bag with a ribbon. You can also add one greeting card with your personal message.
If you have the items sent to your address, you will receive one gift bag for each item ordered enclosed in your parcel. This allows you to wrap the gift yourself.
If you choose delivery to another address, the items will be delivered in a single gift bag. The parcel will contain a delivery note which also serves as a warranty but no invoice.
Please note that, in any case, only one greeting card can be added per order. After making an order, it is no longer possible to add a gift bag or greeting card. These options must be selected during the checkout process.
