Should you need to change the delivery address, it's important for you to contact Printer Inks straight away, as Printer Inks can only make changes before dispatch and are not able to redirect orders in transit.

Generally, it is not a good idea to email us with requests to change delivery address, as there is a good chance that the order will have been dispatched before we reach the email. You should definitely not reply to the order confirmation email, as that will not go to a manned inbox and will almost certainly not be recovered until too late.

Orders placed before 5:30pm are usually dispatched the same day, orders placed later will be dispatched the following working day (so if you order after 5:30pm on a Friday, the order will be dispatched on Monday).
