Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, CompAndSave.com will be able to ship the item to you.

CompAndSave.com offers full refunds on non-OEM products within 10 days if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at CompAndSave.com. Need to return ink or toner after 10 days? No problem—CompAndSave.com will replace the cartridge, issue a refund, or offer store credit up to 365 days from the purchase date.

CompAndSave.com normally ships your order within 24 hours unless the item has been stated as special or back order. CompAndSave.com will email the tracking number to you right after your order is shipped. The tracking number will let you know the estimated delivery date and other useful shipment status information.

All of these non-OEM products can be easily returned for a full refund within 10 days of delivery.

CompAndSave.com accepts major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), e-checks and Paypal only. All of their credit card and e-check transactions will be processed by Authorize.Net, a trusted credit card processor. For security purposes, CompAndSave.com only ships to the billing address on the credit card. If you would like to ship to a different address, please contact your credit card company for authorization by calling the toll-free number on the back of your credit card. For Paypal payment, CompAndSave.com only accepts payments from verified US accounts and ship to confirmed shipping addresses. Prices of all the products are in USD.  

CompAndSave.com may hold your order due to one or more of the following reasons:

• The billing address does not match any address filed at your credit card company.

CompAndSave.com offers free shipping on US Contiguous orders over $50, otherwise $3.99 flat-rate shipping provides $3.99 flat-rate shipping.

No sales tax will be charged on your order unless it is shipped within California. Effective Jan 1, 2017, the CA sales tax rate is 7.25% except within Alameda County (9.25%). Orders shipped to the California cities of Albany, Hayward, San Leandro and Union City will be charged a tax rate of 9.75%.
