What is "Smart Parking"?

Smart Parking is a feature built into the Way app (iOS and Android). At certain venues, you can use the app to open the venue’s Bluetooth-enabled parking gate!

(Note: The app will prompt you to turn on your Bluetooth if Smart Parking is available. It’s a good idea to enable Bluetooth in your phone’s settings before leaving home.)

What are "Way Bucks"?

The Way Bucks Reward Program allows Way members to earn rewards (in the form of “Way Bucks”), based on your individual purchases. The more you Way, the more you earn.

How Do I Redeem My Order's Confirmation Code?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The email will include a link to access your order details. The order details will have instructions on how to redeem your order confirmation code.

How Do I View My Previous Orders/Find an Order I Placed?

All your Way.com orders are saved in your account. To access your Way account, click on the “Log In” link in the website’s upper right-hand corner.

After logging in, you’ll see your Way account’s Dashboard page. Locate the “Pending and Previous Orders” section.

This section will have a list of your order(s).

Click the “Preview” link to view the specific order’s details.

What is the Refund Policy?

Unfortunately, Way.com can’t issue any refunds for movie ticket orders that have been processed. If you ordered the wrong movie tickets, please call Way.com right away before they process the order. If Way.com can’t give you a refund because the order has already been processed, don’t worry! You can contact the theater directly and, in most cases, they will honor the tickets for a different show or a different time!

Refund Policy for Purchases other than Movie Tickets
Way.com is a marketplace that allows vendors to market their services and products. In the event that a service or product was unsatisfactory in any way, please Contact Way.com and they will work with you and the vendor to generate a refund (full or partial) as agreed in the User Agreement.

How to Cancel the Purchased Order?

The detail steps are offered as follow:

  • Log in to your Way account.
  • Click on the Dashboard.
  • Click on "View" on the reservation you wish to cancel. This will open a screen showing all the details of the reservation.
  • Click on "Cancel" and "Okay". Your order will be cancelled and a little message in red will show up.

What Should I Do If My Order is Not Honored?

Please be sure to check the fine print of your order. If the restrictions that the merchant has imposed on your order are not stated in the fine print, Contact the Way.com with your concern and they will make sure your issue is resolved.

How to Find the Order That I Placed?

You can refer to the following steps:

  • Log into your My Way account click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner.
  • On the Dashboard page, find “Pending and Previous Orders”.
  • Find the specific order(s) you’re looking for.
  • To view the details, click “Preview”
