Where Do You Ship My Order From?

YOOX ships all orders from warehouse in Bologna (Italy).

yoox.com is a virtual store: all items on sale can be seen and purchased directly online. And in case you were wondering… no, the warehouse is not open to the public.

What Kind Of Box Do You Ship Orders In?

Yoox.com cares about the environment and delivers each package in ecobox, the e-commerce packaging made entirely from recycled or recyclable materials. The box and all of its packing materials are made using cellulose gathered under environmentally, socially and economically sustainable conditions. You too can participate in our efforts: re-use our ecobox for your returns.

Can I Choose a Delivery Date/time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.

You can try to contact the UPS (03457 877 877) directly to organize a possible delivery date.

How Does Delivery Work and What Should I Do If the Package Has Been Delivered to a UPS Access Point?

Deliveries are made by UPS during working hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. After the first failed delivery attempt, the courier will take your package to the nearest UPS Access Point, if there is one in your area. You will receive a UPS InfoNotice and an email with all the instructions and information required for pick up. If, however, there is no Access Point in your area, the courier will attempt to deliver a further two times, after which the package will be returned to our warehouse.

I Cannot Log Into YOOX. What Should I Do?

When you register, yoox.com recognizes the country in which you are located and automatically associates it to your account, which will be active only for that country's version of the site. If MYOOX does not recognize your email address or password, verify that you are navigating the version of the site on which you registered the account.

If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Login page and follow the procedure to change it.

Can I Change My Order and Add Other Products Or Remove Them?

Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order.
