How Can I Trace My Tomtop Order?
You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left warehouse
- Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your TOMTOP account.
- Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Tomtop. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order at. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.
