How Do I Add Books to an Existing Order?

Book Outlet's site security is set up that they cannot increase the authorized amount on your credit card and therefore they are unable to add to an order that has already been authorized for payment. Book Outlet would be able to cancel the order if they have not already shipped it to you so you can put in a new order with the correct items.

You can cancel your order by creating a Service Inquiry with customer service team. Be sure to select the Cancel Order subject line option and please include your order number and contact information as well as the reason you would like to cancel the order. The customer service team will reply to your cancellation request.
