How to Repair My Watch?

If you would like to have your watch repaired, you can apply online through a dedicated FG Services portal.

STEP 1: FIND YOUR PRODUCT
Select your relevant product and create your repair request.  

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR REPAIR
Check your repair request, print the product tracking label and ship your product to experts.  

STEP 3: SEND US YOUR WATCH
Receive an email informing you of the assessment of the repair. Track the status of the repair and pay directly online.  

STEP 4: RECOVER YOUR PRODUCT
Your product is ready to be returned.
