Fraud is fun for no one so Finish Line uses several measures to protect you from it. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. And Finish Line totally gets that sometimes you need to have two different addresses but if additional information is needed to verify and protect your order, then a customer care representative may contact the cardholder.
In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately. Don't worry though, if Finish Line did miss you, just get back to us so Finish Line can get you your product ASAP.
