What Should I Do If I Received Damaged Items from Calcutta Outdoors?

While Calcutta Outdoors tries to ensure that your product comes in mint condition, damages do happen. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:

Contact Calcutta Outdoors via email within 24 hours of delivery to claim it as damaged
To make sure you are eligible for a replacement, please take pictures of the damage and attach them to your initial email.
Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials, which includes the shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags
Depending on the nature of the damages, Calcutta Outdoors will either email you a shipping label to return the product or the shipping service may deem a pick-up inspection necessary. In the latter case, Calcutta Outdoors will provide instructions to prepare for the shipping company pick-up and return to sender.
