When Will My Chow Sang Sang Order Be Delivered?

Before Chow Sang Sang can ship your order, Chow Sang Sang may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer. Chow Sang Sang's delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 24 - 48 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. This can take slightly longer during sale or for customized items. Adverse weather conditions are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.

How Long Will My Order Be Kept For?

If your order isn’t collected from the store within 90 days, then it will be returned and refunded. 

How Do I Collect My Chow Sang Sang Order?

When collecting your order, please bring the original copy of your identification document with photo of yourself or the person collecting for you and a copy of the ‘Ready for Collection’ email (this can be printed or displayed on your phone). You will be required to sign for your order upon collection.

When Will My Item Be Ready for Collection?

You will receive a 'Ready for Collection' email to confirm that your order has arrived in store, please wait for this confirmation email before you come in to collect your order. 

  • Order before 4pm, available for collection by 6pm, 1 business day later 
  • Order after 4pm, available for collection by 6pm, 2 business days later

*Please allow 1 extra business day to process orders with engraving.

Can I Order a Gift Online?

Yes, ordering a gift online is easy. Simply choose your gift item and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you can add a personalised message which will be printed on a gift card. Finally, the jewellery and gift card will be delivered securely in signature, gift-ready packaging.

What If the Product Or Size I Want is Out Of Stock?

If the product or size you want is unavailable or out of stock, click the ‘RESERVE IN STORE’ button on the Product Page and complete the form. A Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly after to help you find a piece that matches your requirements.

Can I Cancel an Order?

Yes, you can cancel at any point before it’s dispatched from warehouse. If you have opted for engraving service, you may cancel before the item is engraved.

Do I Need to Set Up an Account to Place an Order?

Yes, a Star Shopper account is mandatorily required. Upon successful registration, you will immediately enjoy the many attractive benefits offered.
