The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 h, please contact Happy Socks so they can check that everything is fine with your order.
Happy Socks Warranty Process
Happy Socks work hard to ensure that their products are of the highest quality possible. Tests during production and before shipping are performed to ensure the quality of every single product. Should you come across a product that does not live up to these standards, please follow the steps below:
Happy Socks accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping + applicable sales tax) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.
All transactions are handled by Adyen international payment services. Your credit card number is sent to your bank via an encrypted connection.
Adyen is fully PCI Level 1 compliant and monitored by Trustwave, an ASV and a QSA for the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. Adyen is registered and monitored by the Dutch Central Bank as a payment institution under the European Payment Service Directive (PSD, 2007/64/EC). As a principal member and licensed acquirer of Visa and MasterCard, Adyen also adheres to the schemes’ operating regulations.
All products of current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.
In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact Happy Socks through the contact form and Happy Socks will do everything they can to correct their mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.
Important: Please state your order ID.
Regrettably it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. Happy Socks aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so the warehouse is processing them within 15 minutes of receiving them.
If a change is necessary please contact Happy Socks and they will do their best to help you.
Shipping is free for all orders with a value of $45 or more. If your order is less than $45 total, a shipping charge of $4 will be added to your order.
Effective September 17, 2018 all orders are shipped with FedEx from our warehouse in New Jersey. Prior to this date orders are shipped with USPS.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number. The delivery within the US takes approximately 2 – 5 business days.
Items ordered on US website can only be shipped to addresses within the US. It is unfortunately not possible to choose US as shipping country when shopping on the Global website.
Just place your order from the correct regional website that is dedicated to a specific country or area for your parcel to reach you. Your shipping address determines which website you need to order from (e.g., if your shipping address is in the US, you need to order from our US website).
To check that you are on the correct website such as global, EU, USA, etc., please choose the correct flag in the upper left-hand corner of the website on desktop, or country selector in the dropdown menu on mobile device.
