Customers can receive free gift wrapping on all online orders. Any order containing a gift message will be packaged in special Kendra Scott boxes. Please note that only orders containing a gift message will receive gift wrapping.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your order, visit the My Account section on Kendrascott.com, login, and refer to your recent orders.
At this time, Kendra Scott can only ship to one address per order.
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Kendra Scott, LLC is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

If within one year of the original purchase date an Iconic Celebration piece fails during normal use because of a defect in material or workmanship, Kendra Scott will repair with like quality materials at no cost. If an Iconic Celebration piece is damaged after the first year, Kendra Scott will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost.
Kendra Scott, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
All fine jewelry must be securely packaged preferably in the original jewelry box and include a completed repair form filled out by a sales or customer service representative. Please contact Customer Service to request a repair form or visit your closest Kendra Scott store.
Please allow 15-20 business days for your repairs to be complete. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Repair processing begins after your package is delivered to Kendra Scott.
