What is the Return Policy Of Parcel and Stone?

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within the first 45 days from the day you received your item. Parcel and Stone will even pay the return shipping costs. Free returns are for US customers only. The 45 day return policy applies only to the initial order and is not intended to serve as a trial or replacement period. Failure to return the GIA certificate with your order will result in a $300 fee. If the GIA certificate is not returned in reusable conditon you may be charged for any damage. Engraved and resized items are non-refundable and final sale. Parcel and Stone limits their customers two returns per year.  

Return Procedures:
Contact Parcel & Stone Customer Service at (800) 212-1192 and let the representative on the phone know you wish to return an order. Within one business day of your call, Parcel and Stone will email you a postage paid (including insurance) FEDEX 2 Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely pack and ship your order. Take your items and label to a convenient FEDEX location. If you need packaging materials, a FEDEX representative may assist you. Please mail back your items. Your items should arrive within 2 business days of mailing, and will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt. All credits will be issued in the form of original receipt.

Can I Spread My Payment Across Two Different Credit Cards?

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged By Parcel and Stone?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax On My Order?

Sales tax is only collected on orders that are shipped to NC, SC, AL, VA, TX, OK, FL, UT, IN, MO, OH, KS.

What Type Of Payment Does Parcel and Stone Accept?

Parcel and Stone accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), as well as PayPal. Credit card orders must be placed online using secure server. For additional security, Parcel & Stone may request additional verification, such as a driver’s license on some transactions. Are Any Of Diamonds Laser Treated, Clarity Or Color Enhanced, Or Modified In Any Way?

No, Parcel & Stone only sells diamonds that are 100% natural and untreated. The GIA will not issue grading reports on enhanced diamonds. All our stones include a GIA certificate, ensuring your diamond investment is 100% authentic.

What are GIA Certificates?

GIA (Gemological Institute of America) is the largest independent grading laboratory worldwide. In fact GIA invented the grading system and known to be strict and reliable with their grading reports. The lab reports detail key characteristics of each diamond. Having a 3rd party independent evaluation provides piece of mind that you have an unbiased opinion of your jewelry investment.

I Have My Own Diamond But Would Like to Buy Just a Setting From Parcel and Stone. is That Possible?

Every ring on the Parcel & Stone website is available for purchase, regardless of whether or not you buy your center stone from Parcel and Stone . They require the measurements of the diamond in order to handcraft the setting. Please note that Parcel and Stone is unable to set diamonds that are not purchased through Parcel & Stone. Settings sold without center stones are non-refunable and final sale.

If I Purchase an Engagement Ring With a Diamond, is There a Charge to Have the Stone Set Into the Ring?

No, there is no charge to set the loose diamond into the ring.

Are There Any Special Instructions for International Orders?

International orders from Parcel & Stone are shipped free. Once the parcel arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties owed.

My Ring is the Wrong Size. Can It Be Fixed?

Parcel and Stone offers one free resizing in the first 30 days of purchase. Parcel and Stone will send the ring back to you via 2-day FEDEX for free as well. After your first free resize, there will be a $50 fee for any additonal resizing requests. Please note, that once a ring is resized it is non-refundable and final sale. Eternity bands can not be resized. 

I Saw a Ring I Love Online. Can I Try It On?

No, Parcel and Stone does not directly provide jewelry insurance but have a partnership with Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance Company, or you can contact your insurance provider and request an insurance rider to cover your fine jewelry. Does Parcel and Stone Provide Appraisals for Insurance?

Yes, all fine jewelry sold at Parcel & Stone valued at over $1,000 will be accompanied by an insurance appraisal.

What Does the Parcel & Stone Lifetime Warranty Cover?

The lifetime warranty covers all the services for cleaning and tightening as outlined above, as well as the loss of side diamonds, assuming the loss was not caused by damage. However, even with the warranty, it’s critical to have your jewelry insured in the event of loss, damage or theft. Parcel and Stone recommends Jewelers Mutual Insurance.
