Daniel Wellington has several verification stages when customers place an order, this is done to provide customers with the highest level of security.
If your order is successful, you should within the next 10 minutes receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact Daniel Wellington and Daniel Wellington can assist you in this matter.
There is no invoice included in the package when it is delivered.
Should you wish to have an invoice for your order, simply contact Daniel Wellington and Daniel Wellington will be happy to assist you.
Please note for orders to countries outside the EU, US, Hong Kong, India and China, Daniel Wellington is required by law to include commercial invoices in the package, to state the shipment’s value. The order cannot be delivered without this invoice.
Orders to be delivered to Europe, Canada, and South America are shipped from warehouse in Sweden.
Orders to be delivered to Asia (excluding China), Oceania, Middle East, and Africa are shipped from warehouse in Hong Kong.
Orders to be delivered to China and The United States are sent from warehouses in China and The United States, respectively.
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, after it has been scanned at a UPS Sorting Facility, you will receive an e-mail from UPS containing your package’s tracking information.
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact Daniel Wellington.
If Daniel Wellington is unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, Daniel Wellington will contact the courier to have the package returned to warehouse.
Only once the package has returned to warehouse, will Daniel Wellington be able to process the cancellation.
