ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Piper Lou item, Piper Lou will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email customer service email for help processing.
Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so Piper Lou can process the refund quickly.

If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, Piper Lou will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and Piper Lou will send you out a new item at no extra cost.
