Once your return has been received and inspected, Schutz Shoes will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed and refund/store credit issued. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that refund processing times vary by financial institution and may take up to seven (7) business days to be reflected within your account.
For orders purchased through Schutz-Shoes.com, Schutz Shoes will gladly issue a refund for the value of full-priced merchandise or store credit for SALE items returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.
Schutz Shoes are happy to offer price adjustments on items purchased at the regular price within seven (7) days of purchase. Schutz Shoes will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
To return a defective or incorrect item received, please contact CustomerCare@schutzusa.com with clear images of the wrong or defective item and explanation. Images should include views of the damage (if applicable), overall shoe, soles, and label located on the side of the SCHUTZ shoe box.
To submit a return request, please complete the return form below by entering your order number sent to you in your email confirmations along with the email address originally used to place the order.
Please allow one business day for all return requests to be reviewed. Once your request has been updated, you will receive an email with your return request status.
For orders shipped within the US, excluding all US territories, Schutz Shoes currently offer the following shipping options. Orders placed prior to 3PM EST during business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day.
