You will still have the ability to create additional registries for specific events like a holiday or a baby's first birthday.

No way, Jose. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift/Shop Card, you can apply the balance towards your next purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the card balance, you will need to make additional payment with a credit card or another Gift/Shop Card.
The Crate & Barrel Credit Card can be used to make purchases at Crate & Barrel, CB2 or The Land of Nod (“Crate and Barrel Brand”) stores in the US, catalogs (phone, fax or mail), websites, mobile sites or applications.
