What is the Warranty On Maui Jim Sunglasses?

Maui Jim sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. Nose pads and temples are free as long as the parts are available. Maui Jim will repair or replace, at their option, any pair of Maui Jims found to be defective and exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.

If I Made a Purchase In One Of Stores, Can I Return It Online?

No. At this time, all purchases made in store have to be returned to a Tommy Bahama store and not at TommyBahama.com.

How Do I Return Items?

To complete your return, use the pre-paid return shipping label that was included in your package. You can also reprint or email your return label by logging in to your account or clicking on Track Orders.

Does Tommy Bahama Charge Any Sales Taxes?

Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on the shipping address. The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. Tommy Bahama does not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed.

What is the "shipping Bag"?

Use the Shopping Bag to hold your selections while you shop the site. Add an item to your Shopping Bag by clicking the ADD TO BAG button on any product detail page. You can view the contents of your Shopping Bag anytime by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon at the top of the page.

Items remain in your Shopping Bag for the duration of your shopping session or until you remove or purchase them. If you have an account and are signed in, your items remain in the Shopping Bag for 14 days. If you are not signed in, items will be removed at the end of your shopping session.
