Voonik does not Exchange with a different product. The exchange is applicable only for different size. It is not applicable for exchanging with a new product.
Voonik does not apply to innerwear, perfumes, cosmetics, swimsuits, deodorants, jewellery and free items. Everything else is covered under the exchange policy.
Voonik will deliver orders within the estimated delivery time. In case there is a delay in delivery , Voonik will inform you about the new delivery date by SMS/Email.

Each product in the order are shipped separately. Your balance order will be delivered on or before the estimated date of delivery.

Process is a little different from how most online stores work. Voonik will confirm your order and send the details to sellers, where they pack the items and hand over the packages to courier partners to ship it to your locations. The shipping time depends on what items you order and to which city you are getting them shipped. Once your order is shipped, Voonik will SMS/email you tracking details and you can always check your order's status under My Orders.
Yes! Voonik has a search box on site/App. Search terms like "pink tee" or "red kurta" and Voonik will show you all those items currently available on the site. You can also search for brand names.
Any product you want to purchase and it is not available, you can like it and it will be added to your love-list. Voonik will send you notification and email when it will be added back in stock.
Voonik will confirm your order and send the details to sellers, then they pack the order and hand it over to the courier person. This process take 24-48 hours, till then the status of the order remains “processing.
