Can I Print Only With Black Ink If Grayscale is Not an Option With My Printer?

Most printers that use integrated printhead (IPH) ink cartridges can print without a tri-color ink cartridge. To print with black ink only, remove the tri-color ink cartridge, and then acknowledge the Single Cartridge Mode message that displays on the printer control panel or computer.
