• When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

  Modell's Sporting Goods processes all returns as soon as they are received. Please allow up to two weeks for your bank to issue a refund to your original form of payment.

  Yes. Pre-order items will be specifically indicated as such; this generally applies to new releases. Pre-order quantities are normally limited and pre-orders may be subject to cancelation if inventory becomes unavailable prior to shipment.
