• Does Tiny People Accept Pre-order Items?

  All orders that contain both stocket items and pre-order items will not be sent until all the pre-order items are in the store. If you would like the readily available items sent earlier, please place two separate orders.

• I Cannot Find Anything I Like to Exchange My Item For, What Happens Now?

  You can obtain a store credit which is valid for 6 months. In approved instances where a return is granted a 20% restocking fee may be charged to cover costs, such as full shipping, merchant charges and handling costs.

• How Can I Arrange an Exchange Or Store Credit?

  Return address details will be provided automatically once your return is approved in portal.   Please include a pre-paid postage satchel for all exchanges. Alternatively Tiny People can provide one for $9.95.

• How Long Do I Have to Send My Items Back?

  Returned items must be received by Tiny People within ten (10) days of approval. Items received outside this window will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
