How to Order a product?

When you have selected a product you wish to order, simply click “Add to Cart”on the product page and the product will be added to your Shopping Cart. Follow this step until you have added all products you would like to buy to your cart. Once you have reviewed the contents of your shopping cart and have agreed to the PLAYMOBIL® Online Shop’s Terms and Conditions, you may purchase the items by clicking the "Checkout" button.

During the next steps, you will be asked to select a delivery address and delivery method. After that, you can enter your billing address and payment method or redeem a gift certificate.. Then, you will be given the opportunity to review your order before submitting it. If you would like to change or correct something, you can go back to the previous before and makes changes.

By clicking the “Submit Order” button, you confirm that you want to purchase the products listed in your order.
