How to Return & Exchange at AthleticPets?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for non-personalized items provided the product is still in new condition and original packaging is maintained. AthleticPets wantS you to be completely satisfied with your order so if something isn't right, let them know and they will do the best they can to resolve it. If you wish to return or exchange your entire order or any part of the order, please send the product(s) back to the address shown below. When AthleticPets.com receives the products, they will send you the replacement product or provide a refund. Please include a note with your order number and/or name and stating whether you wish to return or exchange the product(s). If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, please include the size you wish to exchange for. Please note that AthleticPets does not refund expedited shipping costs.
