If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However, Zinvo does extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. Zinvo accepts returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging. Made-to-order items are not returnable.
