All orders are final once they have been processed through checkout, so no further changes can be made to your order.
Amur includes a pre-paid return label with your order; please make sure to use it when sending it back to Amur. If you did not receive a return label or misplaced it, please contact Amur ASAP and Amur will email you a new one.
Amur is unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to Amur for a refund.
Amur wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase(s). If you are unhappy for any reason, merchandise can be returned for a full refund provided it is sent back within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed.
Any returns that have been worn/washed/altered or surpass the 14 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer.
