How Long is My Reservation Valid?
The reservation is valid until the end of the day on the day that it was issued.
What Does the Group Number Mean?
Group numbers help to serve you in an organized way. Regardless of your group number, once you have a reservation, your product is reserved specifically for you and held for you until the end of the business day. You will be matched with a Specialist based on group number - Apple will help customers in Group 1 first, Group 2 next, and so on.
What Happens If for Some Reason I Can No Longer Access My Digital Reservation On My Phone? Or If I Lose My Paper Reservation?
Apple can look up your reservation using your name, email, or phone number if you provided it. Please be prepared to show valid government-issued photo ID. If you were issued a paper reservation and did not provide any contact information, the paper reservation cannot be replaced and we cannot honor the reservation.
What If I Decide I Want a Different Product?
Please talk to a Specialist immediately if you have changed your mind. Apple will check to see if your desired product is available. Apple cannot guarantee that the product you want will be available.
Can I Transfer My Reservation?
Your reservation is non-transferable and can be used only once. Please be prepared to show valid government-issued photo ID.
Can I Redeem My Reservation At a Different Apple Store?
No. The reservation is valid for pickup only at the Apple Store where it was issued and can be used only once.
What is the Exactly Warranty Information About Products?
For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by Apple's Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.
