Regardless of your group number, once you have a reservation, your product is reserved specifically for you and held for you until the end of the business day. You will be matched with a Specialist based on group number - Apple will help customers in Group 1 first, Group 2 next, and so on.
Apple can look up your reservation using your name, email, or phone number if you provided it. Please be prepared to show valid government-issued photo ID. If you were issued a paper reservation and did not provide any contact information, the paper reservation cannot be replaced and we cannot honor the reservation.
