To insure the integrity of the product, all vaccines are shipped with Overnight Delivery for $34.95 in a cooling package on Mondays-Thursdays only. 2nd Day Delivery option is available Monday-Wednesday for $18.95.

Orders Over $75 Qualify for FREE Ground Shipping (Excludes Items that Require Cooler or Express Delivery).

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact Heartland Veterinary Supply within 30 days. A return authorization number will be assigned, providing the product or products to be returned are in resalable condition. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned, refunded, or exchanged items.

• According to federal laws, once a prescription order has been filled, it is non-returnable. Due to general health considerations and FDA regulations, Heartland Veterinary Supply will regret that there can be no returns on prescription products. 
• Vaccines and special order items are non-returnable.

Product returned without a return authorization number or past the 30 day deadline will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Missing or damaged items should be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package.  

• Returns must be in new condition in original manufacturer's packaging including all product information. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.
• Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be discarded at no credit.
