In addition to the price of your purchases, mophie will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone in your order, the mophie Online Store sales representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges, at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply.
Mophie.com accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Store Gift Cards. (Please note that Discover cards may not be accepted in some delivery locations or fulfillment centers.) Some orders may be processed and fulfilled by mophie Netherlands Coöperatie U.A. depending on stock availability and shipping method selected.
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, follow the return directions at mophie.com and submit a return request within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or exchange, no questions asked. For warranty issues, submit a claim at www.mophie.com at any time during the warranty period. A valid credit card is required. Return the original product to mophie within sixty (60) days.
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it to the authorized ZAGG-branded retail outlet where you purchased the product within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or exchange, no questions asked. Your original receipt will be required.
For all returns, please remember to include any accessories, such as cables or dock adapters. Please do not include any non-mophie items or data, as mophie cannot be responsible for them.
Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless noted at the time order is placed or if you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Preorders or items that are marked online as “Backorder” will ship at a future date. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through mophie.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
Purchases sent to addresses outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process.
If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by you or by the customer service department. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment.
