Pair of Shoes ships all orders over $40 for free within the continental US. Most orders ship within 1 business day. If you place your order before 10AM EST, it will most likely ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, will usually ship on the next business day. In some rare cases it may take 2 business days to ship your order. 

Please note, if you pay with PayPal using a bank account, PayPal may place a hold on your payment till the payment is cleared. In such a case, Pair of Shoes will ship your product after the payment has been approved by PayPal.

What is the Return Policy Of Pair Of Shoes?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. Call Pair of Shoes or e-mail them for a FREE return label within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii & PR are excluded). Returned products must be new, and have all the original tags & packaging. If you got a free gift with your purchase, the free gift must also be returned. 

Please note: Money paid for special shipping (i.e. express shipping, international shipping, orders under $49 etc.) is not refundable.
