Why Isn't My Promo Code Applying?

Firstly, please be sure your SHEIN code hasn't already been added successfully. Also please be sure that the code has not expired. Thirdly, please kindly note that coupon codes only apply to full priced items, they will not apply to an item that is on sale.

Am I Able to Apply Multiple Discount Codes?

Only one coupon code is eligible per order.

It is also very convenient to apply the coupon to your order. 

After you check out from the shopping cart, under the Order Summary, please enter your coupon code, then apply, the coupon will be applied successfully.

Why Was My Payment Declined?

SHEIN accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Maestro.

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, SHEIN will suggest trying a different card or payment method. 

If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or submit a ticket with as much detail along with the error messages. so that SHEIN may assist you.

How Do I Receive Bonus Points?

What Am I Eligible to Apply My Points To?

You are eligible to pay up to 70% of you purchase with your bonus points at checkout. Bonus points rewarded to your SHEIN account will be valid for 3 months.

Are There Any Additional Fees?

SheIn usually ships with your local post office. There should not be any additional fees when using regular mail. If there are any duties or fees due to customs inspections or any other fees you were charged, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact SHEIN customer service by submitting a ticket.

Why Was My Package Returned to Shein?

There are multiple reasons your package might have been returned to SheIn.

  1. Wrong or incomplete address   
  2. Invalid phone number                   
  3. Unable to deliver               

Please contact the shipping company for more information or you may submit a ticket so that SheIn may assist you better.

Why Was My Order Shipped Separately?

SheIn will send your order as soon as possible. So your order might have shipped separately from different warehouses based on stock.

You would be able to receive certain items sooner than others from other warehouses. 

Why is the Tracking Number Not Working?

When SheIn ship packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days (1-7 days) to see any activity once it has shipped out from end.

Why Didn't I Get an Email About My Order Being Shipped?

SheIn will send you an email once your order has shipped. If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could of went to your spam folder. It normally takes 1-7 business days for SheIn to process your order and SheIn will then ship your package out. If you have not received an email about your order being shipped within 7 days of the date you placed your order then please contact SHEIN customer service by submitting a ticket online.

How Long Will It Take My Order to Arrive?

Here at SHEIN, they take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 6-17 business days depending on what country you reside in from the date your order was placed.

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Ship?

When you place an order with SHEIN they will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-7 business days for your order. SHEIN will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in. Please refer to shipping section for more details on how long it will take to get your package.

Why It Says Refund When I Didn't Want a Refund On My Item?

As you know, SHEIN is a large on-line shop, which has a large number of orders every day.

SheIn's warehouse staff will process those parcels one by one in chronological order. 

When you place an order, it may show that one item is still in stock. But in fact, the item was pre-ordered by other previous orders and may be out-of-stock when SheIn process your order.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address Once My Order is Placed? can only update your shipping address before shipment.

To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers. 

Once your package shipped, will not be able to change the shipping address. And is unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status by checking "My Orders" to make sure you can receive your order.
