Unineed is a UK based company with international shipping capabilities.
All parcels are shipped from Scotland to Europe. From there, the parcels are shipped to their destination countries.
Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, it will be inspected by Customs and released to the local distribution network.
You may incur additional import fees when buying products from abroad. In this instance, you may be required to pay Customs the additional import fees to release your parcel.
Please check the Customs website of the country you are shipping to for information about rates and fees.
If you are charged import fees, please send Unineed a photocopy of the receipt of the charges you have paid.
Please note, Unineed is unable to offer monetary refunds for additional import fees.
As a UK based company, Unineed has to charge VAT which is included in the price of all the products on website.
Unfortunately, you are unable to claim back VAT for internet purchases which are then shipped outside of the UK.
Once Unineed receive a parcel back, please allow up to 2 working days for your parcel to be processed. If you have not included your name, order number and reason for return, it may take longer to process your request.
Once your parcel has been processed, Unineed will email you with a confirmation of receipt and will advise the next course of action regarding your exchange or refund.
Please note, Unineed can only authorise exchanges or refunds once they have received the original item back to their offices.
Unineed currently does not offer a free returns service.
Unineed understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact Unineed as soon as possible and they can recommend a suitable course of action.
Where relevant, Unineed may request photographs to show any damage.

If you wish to return your order, then you can return your product to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment upon receipt of the return arriving at warehouse.
Please note, Unineed is unable to offer free returns or accept returns for products which have been customised.
In the interests of hygiene and for your protection, Unineed does not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless faulty.
Unineed is unable to accept returns of any LQ Liquid Health once the product has been opened or if the product has been used.
Unineed is also unable to accept returns for any product that has been opened and where packaging seals have been broken.

Unineed Limited CN endeavour to ship parcels as quickly as possible but some items do have a longer dispatch time than others.

No, the order status ‘Complete’ means that your order has been shipped and Unineed does not need to take any further action.
It does not mean that your parcel has been delivered.

Unfortunately, only one promotional code can be used at a time.
However, a promotional code can be combined with free delivery for all orders over £50.00.
