Wine Access FAQ

Does Wine Access Accept Returns?

For many reasons, there is no set in stone return policy. However, if you're unhappy with a purchase, Wine Access 's member services team will do all it can to make you happier.

Can I Cancel an Order After I've Placed It?

Absolutely, as long as it hasn't already been shipped. Simply email Member Services at [email protected] Or call (866) 946-3923 any weekday between 7am – 5pm PT.

Does an Adult Have to Sign for My Shipment?

Yes, by law, a person who is at least 21 years old must sign for the delivery, without exception.

Why Should I Have My Wine Access Sent to a Business Address?

Federal law requires that someone of at least 21 years of age sign for all wine shipments. If no adult is home at the time of delivery, FedEx or UPS is obliged to return the wine to its local warehouse, and then reschedule delivery.

If you have your Wine Access shipment sent to a business address, delivery usually takes place in the mid-morning and can be signed for by any adult on the premises.

How Long Will It Take Before My Wine is Delivered?

At checkout, you choose your delivery date. Most orders can be shipped 2-14 days after they are placed.

Some "pre-arrival", offers — largely collectibles — are shipped directly from the cellars, and can take as long as 3 months to arrive at your door.

How Much Does the Shipping Cost Of Wine Access?

It depends on what you're buying and how much. On most offers, shipping is included on a purchase threshold of between 2 and 12 bottles.

Does Wine Access Ship Outside the United States?

Nope.
