What's Wristbands Now's the Return Policy?

Wristbands Now offers refunds on custom orders only if the order is canceled before production starts.  All wristbands are custom designed and manufactured to the customer’s specifications. Wristbands Now is unable to accept returns or redo due to incorrect size, color, type, message, and typos entered on an order placed online by the customer. If you would like a redo the order it will be at the customers cost. There is a 7 day warranty period from date of shipment on all rubber wristbands.

Warranties do not apply to items that have been altered by the customer. There will be a 30% restocking fee of the full order total for all refunds or cancellations. If the error was the fault of WristbandsNow, Wristbands Now will issues a full refund once customer returns the wristbands.

If the Item I Pyrchased Has Wrong Size & Shape, What Can I Do?

Due to the uniqueness and the pliability of the silicone in Wristbands Now's silicone wristbands, the sizes may vary from silicone wristband to silicone wristband and batch to batch. Constant stretching of the wristbands may cause them to lose their shape and size. Wristbands Now's silicone wristbands, like most products could present a choking hazard to children or people with disabilities. Not recommended for children under 4.  Please use with care and parental discretion.

How About the International Shipping Policy?

There is no free shipping outside the continental US at this time. WristbandsNow is not responsible for custom delays or other international shipping delays. Estimated arrival dates are available on the checkout page. Otherwise, all other shipping policies are the same as the domestic policies listed in the above domestic shipping policy.

What is the Domestic Shipping Policy Of Wristbands Now?

All FedEX orders will be shipped out with either Direct or Adult Signature required. Make sure you are shipping to an address where someone can sign for your order. WristbandsNOW is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, and or delayed in shipment. If the customer has multiple orders under the free shipping option Wristbands NOW may consolidate the orders and ship them together. WristbandsNow will attempt to contact the customer about any packages that are returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address entered on part of the customer.

What is the Payment Methods Of Wristbands Now?

WristbandsNow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders. We cannot be responsible for delays due to a declined credit card or delays incurred waiting for a check or money order to clear. Since our wristbands are custom made, orders will not be produced or shipped until payment is received and cleared.

WristbandsNow reserves the right hold and verify an order should the billing address not match the address on the credit card. This policy is designed to help protect consumers from potential fraud. You must be 18 years or older and be the person who's name is tied to the payment method. If you are not, you must present to WristbandsNow written consent of the person's information you are using.  Please be sure to verify your order before you place it!
