How Can I Reserve an Item?

You can reserve an item online by clicking the ‘reserve in store’ button located next to the ‘add to wish list’ button on the product page. You can cancel or view a reservation by visiting the My Appointments and Reservations section on the left-hand side of the My Account page. Please note that you can only reserve an item which is stocked in your preferred store. You need to have an account registered with Boutique 1 in order to reserve an item. All reservations are held until the next working day.
