How Do I Return an Item I Ordered Online?

If you wish to return any item(s) for an exchange of colour, size, another item or a refund you will need to contact us within 14 days from the day you took delivery of your parcel. You then have an additional 14 days to get the item back to us. The items need to be in their original condition, complete with labels and in a protective bag/box. If the item is received past the 14 days return period a credit or exchange will be offered and not a refund.

Any item returned must adhere to the conditions below:

Must be returned in the original condition, complete with labels and packaging
Items must be unworn with no evidence of deodorants, aftershaves, make-up, hair or other marks or odours.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange underwear, Ladies Swimwear, hosiery, earrings or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed
A completed returns form that can be found on the reverse of the invoice.

Any returned item(s) that does not conform to the above requirements will be subject to a delivery charge to return the item to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
