How Long Does Miss Awesome.com Take to Process My Return?

Miss Awesome aims to process your return within 1 day of receiving it, it can take 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. Once they have received your return highly trained staff will ensure all necessary steps are taken to ensure the returns are handled as smoothly as possible, Miss Awesome will check the item/s once their checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The refund should appear on your card that you made the purchase with, within 3 working days, exact time scales how long, depends on your card issuer. Miss Awesome will send you an email confirmation as soon as your parcel arrives back at their warehouse, and again when they have processed your refund.
