What is a Failed Payment?

There are rare occasions that a drop in the internet connection (even for a millisecond) could prevent your bank from letting Everything 5 Pounds know that the transaction was good to go. When the website receives a payment confirmation from the bank or PayPal, you will always be directed to an order confirmation screen and Everything 5 Pounds will always send you an order confirmation email so keep an eye out for this (sometimes they end up in spam/trash).

As with any failed payments attempted online, either your bank or PayPal will be holding the funds, as they are acting on your behalf, and will credit your account. Depending on the provider, this may take anything from a few hours up to 7 working days and they suggest that you contact them for any further information regarding this payment attempt.
