If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 90 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center). A gift card for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges) will be issued.
Once an item has been returned and you have received credit for the purchase, a helpful customer service representative will contact you to assist in the replacement of your order. Any time prior to this process, you may call customer service center at 1-800-866-9700 to replace your order.
Please Note: It is our policy to return the item, credit your account, and replace the order. Pagoda.com cannot leave the charge for the item on your credit card and send you a new item.
