What is the Exchanges Policy Of Raw Demin?
If you decide to exchange an item, please ensure that you follow our returns procedure by sending the item back with the filled out form.
Please confirm the item colour and size that you require. Raw Denim is only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different colour/size for the same value. If items for exchange are not available in stock, Raw Denim will issue a refund.
The new order can only be sent out to the same original verified address.
Please note that Raw Denim advises that ALL returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.
