Eskimo Kids does not use the PayPal shipping address!
PayPal might have an old address of yours, but Eskimo Kids always send out orders to the address submitted on website. Please refer to your confirmation email Eskimo Kids sent you which includes the correct shipping address.
There are a few reasons why you may not have received an email confirmation from Eskimo Kids. You may have misspelled your email address or your settings on your email account may have sent the email to your SPAM folder. Your email provider's default settings may not allow confirmation email to get through to your email account.
You must first select the quantity to place an item in the shopping bag.
You will then be directed to the shopping bag with your line item/s included.
Above the line item/s you will see the "Enter Discount Code / Gift Card" submission text box.
Please input the gift card or gift certificate code you received into this text box. Be sure to click on the "apply code" button. Once the code is applied, you will see a change in your total reflecting the discount that the gift card/certificate offers.
Please note that no more than one code (gift card, gift certificate or promotional code) is allowed per order, and cannot be applied to the SP&S fees.
Eskimo Kids does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
All orders are shipped out using poly envelopes unless otherwise indicated. The item(s) may be shipped from any of warehouses, including Utah, Ohio, and/or direct from our manufacturer in China.
Eskimo Kids ships items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact Eskimo Kids at eskimokids.com/contact_us with your questions.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, Eskimo Kids cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
