Is There Free Shipping?

Yes, Shoplet offers free shipping on most office and supplies orders over $35 that are shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, Shoplet is unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and on APO / FPO orders.

Inside Delivery (i.e. carrying heavy furniture upstairs) may produce additional shipping charges.

Some residential deliveries via freight may incur an additional freight fee decided by the freight company.

Are There Any Additional Shipping Charges?

If there is an inside delivery (ie. carrying heavy furniture up flights of stairs) or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands APO and FPO, there may be additional charges. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands APO or FPO, the order must go Second Day, Next Day Air or US Mail, as Ground shipping is not available.

When Will My Next Day Delivery Package Arrive?

Orders usually require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. Next day delivery is available when an order is processed before 1:00 PM EST, when the item is in stock, and when the destination address is in the continental United States.

What is Rush Processing At Shoplet?

Your order will be processed on the same day and will typically ship the next business day. Processing applies only to items being shipped by UPS and must be ordered by 3:00pm EST. Rush processing does not ensure same day shipping. Rushing processing is not the same as rush shipping.

What is the Credit Purchase Agreement?

Applicant authorizes Shoplet.com to obtain necessary credit information at any time from any source and agrees to pay for purchases according to the credit terms on invoice or, if none appear, according to terms of Net 30. The undersigned hereby agrees that all work performed, services rendered and material furnished shall be governed by and subjected to the "terms and conditions" set forth on the reverse side hereof and incorporated by reference. Applicant warrants that all information appearing on this form is true and correct as of the date below, and agrees to notify vendor in writing within 30 days of any change in style of business organization, financial condition or controlling ownership. Applicant agrees to pay a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, on any past due balances. If the account is placed for collection agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees. 

Does Shoplet Accept Payment By Corporate Accounts?

Shoplet.com accepts purchase orders from Fortune 1000 corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies. All purchase order terms are Net 30 days. Please fax your purchase order to 1.212.619.3389. Reseller's or Tax Exempt certificates should be sent by fax at the time the order is placed to avoid sales tax charges.

How Do I Order With a Purchase Order Or Corporate Accounts?

If you qualify for a Purchase Order or Corporate Account, please place your order online. However, when you reach the "Payment Information" page, please select the "Save as Quote" option. You will then be directed to a printable invoice. Fax a copy of this invoice with your Account Information / Purchase Order to 1.212.619.3389 and Shoplet will process your order directly. A Customer Service Representative will contact you if there are any difficulties with your order.

Shoplet.com accepts purchase orders from Fortune 1000 corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies. All purchase order terms are Net 30 days. To place a purchase order, please check out with your order normally online. However, when you reach the Payment Information page, please select the "Save as Quote" option. Upon saving your quote, you will be shown a printable invoice. Please fax that invoice, along with a copy of your signed purchase order to: 1.212.619.3389. 

Reseller's or Tax Exempt certificates should be sent by fax at the time the order is placed to avoid sales tax charges. Purchase orders from Fortune 1000 corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies are accepted. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Shoplet also accepts purchase orders from non-profit organizations which will require credit references and approval before being granted net terms. In some cases Shoplet will require credit references. Please fax your purchase order to 1.212.619.3389, and Shoplet will contact you if they require further information. Purchase orders will not be accepted on Guest Checkout/Guest Accounts. 

What is the Return Policy for Hardware?

Please remember to back up all of your data before installing any new software, or peripherals. Shoplet.com is not responsible for any lost data. Opened laser, inkjet printers and / or fax machines may be exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date for the same item only. No refunds are available for these items if opened. Hardware and software returns must be returned to Shoplet.com at customer's expense to  tech warehouse. Special order items and / or custom products are not returnable with Shoplet.com. Due to certain manufacturer return policies some electronic items will not be accepted for return due to customer cancel. This information will be provided to customer once return request has been made. Open hardware or software is non-returnable.

What If My Product is Defective?

If your product is defective in any way, please contact Customer Service Center and click Returns on Shoplet.com so that Shoplet can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please fill in the form with all requested order information. Defective software will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product if customer wishes to receive replacement item.

What is Shoplet.com's Exchange Policy?

Shoplet.com will gladly offer an exchange for any items received damaged or defective provided the damaged items are reported within 5 business of the order delivery and the defective items are reported within 10 business days of the order delivery. Due to Shoplet.com policy, any claims made after 30 days of receipt of order cannot be honored by Shoplet.com. Special order items and / or custom products are not returnable with shoplet.com.

Can I Order to APO / FPO Addresses?

Shoplet.com accepts APO and FPO orders for most products. Please place your order normally. Shoplet.com will automatically use United States Postal Service shipping instead of UPS shipping. Please allow 5-10 additional days for delivery. FPO/APO orders DO NOT qualify for free freight. APO and FPO orders will be charged additional freight. The cost of APO/FPO orders will be assessed after the transaction is captured.

Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax At Shoplet?

In accordance with current law, Shoplet is required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered in NY, CA, TN, MD, MS, FL, MA, CT at the prevailing rate of sales tax in each location. Tax exempt organizations located in NY, CA, TN, MD, MS, FL, MA, CT must fax a copy of their tax exempt certificate and a copy of their invoice to 1.212.619.3389. Upon the receipt of this information Shoplet will remove all tax charges from the purchase.

How Can I Pay At Shoplet?

  • Credit Cards:Shoplet acceptS the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until each item is shipped (no surcharge). NY, CA, TN, MD, MS, FL, MA, CT residents add applicable sales tax. Unfortunately Shoplet does not accept American express gift cards and / or visa gift cards. 
  • PayPal: PayPal allows a customer to utilize credit card transactions without exposing credit card number to a merchant. 
  • Purchase Orders: In addition to all the major credit cards, Shoplet accepts purchase orders from Fortune 1000 corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies. All purchase order terms are Net 30 days. Please fax your purchase order to 1.212.619.3389. Re-seller's or Tax Exempt certificates should be sent by fax at the time the order is placed to avoid sales tax charges.

What is Shoplet's Return Policy for Dated Products?

Dated Products are any items that contain annual date information such as calendars, appointment books and organizers, business journals and diaries, desk and desk pad calendars, and wall calendars and planners. All sales of Dated Products are FINAL and Shoplet will NOT accept the return and/or exchange of any such Dated Products for credit or other consideration.

How Will a Customer Receive a Refund?

Refunds are processed in accordance with the customer's original method of payment. For example, if a customer wishes to return and item that was purchased through his/her PayPal account, a refund will be administered to his/her PayPal account only. Shoplet's refund policy applies to all methods of payment accepted at Shoplet.com, which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. 

Likewise, those who wish to return Shoplet items purchased through third party websites, such as V.me and Amazon, will be refunded according their original method of payment. 

Customers who wish to return one or more items paid for with either a Shoplet gift card or via the "Call In" method will be refunded with a check.
