Only select items shipping from our main facility are eligible for gift messaging and Swoozing (gift wrap). If your order is eligible, the option for adding a gift message will appear during checkout and the eligible items on the order will be automatically Swoozied Up (gift wrap) as a single package. The method of Swoozing (gift wrap) will depend on the items ordered, but will always include our signature tissue and pink and orange ribbon.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, Swoozie's will gladly provide a refund for your order. Swoozie's cannot accept returns on any personalized, monogrammed, special order items, sale items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify Swoozie's within twenty-four (24) hours so that Swoozie's may replace the damaged merchandise.
Proofs are provided for invitations and photo cards so that you may view the layout, typestyle selection, colors and our interpretation of your wording. Swoozie's likes for you to have the final say on wording, spelling, fonts and colors used.
Most custom items are produced without proofs. If a proof is available for a custom item, the fees (if any) and turnaround times for proofs will be listed on the product page. Please note that the production time will not begin until the proof approval is received.
Yes, Swoozie's is able to use your custom artwork or logo! A special art fee may apply to your order (please inquire). Any artwork must be emailed to us in BLACK & WHITE. No full color artwork, please. The file may be a jpeg, tif, or bitmap. Please make sure the artwork is at least 300 dpi.
Currently, Swoozie's ships to the United States and Canada. If shipping to Cananda, even if a gift, the person receiving the package is responsible for any customs taxes/fees. Swoozie's cannot cannot estimate these costs before shipping. Shipping to Canada is by USPS First Class International which takes 7-10 Business Days. Upgrade to FedEx shipping to Canada for an additional fee.

Swoozie's standard shipping includes FedEx and UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped based on your preferred shipping method. Swoozie's does not ship to post office boxes. A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided once your order has shipped.

Non-personalized, in-stock items will be produced and shipped out within 3 business days. Swoozie's will notify you if your item is on backorder. Please note that sale items may take longer to ship and may be sent from different locations.
Most customized items are produced within 10 business days at which time Swoozie's will ship your order based on your preferred shipping method. Each product page lists the estimated production time. If needed, a rush service may be available and will be listed as an option on the product page. Customized orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed. Most customized orders will be shipped directly from the vendor and will not be available for gift wrapping.
Most in-stock invitations that we are printing in house will have a proof ready within 2 business days. Once you have approved your proof, printing will be completed within "3 business days" then shipped (see shipping for details and options.)
Please note the difference in "production time" and "shipping time". Because of the various custom products Swoozie's offers, the production time varies from item to item. The production time includes how long it takes to customize your item, generate a proof, and/or print an order if necessary.
This also applies to items being created by the many companies Swoozie's represents, all of which have a variety of "production" times. The shipping time is how long the order takes to reach you after the item is produced by the shipping method you have selected.
