Absolutely! Please get in touch with their dedicated support team at help@livingdna.com for the most up-to-date status of your testing. Please include your LD0 kit ID in all correspondence, to help their team address your query efficiently.

You should also receive email notifications when:

  • Your kit is successfully activated
  • Your samples are received at one of our worldwide logistics centres
  • Your testing has started, advising of your estimated completion date
  • Any issues arise with your testing
  • Your results are available in your portal
