How are Refunds Issued By Mugler?

Upon receipt of the returned order or proof of shipment of the return, refunds will be made within 14 days in the name of the person listed under the "invoicing" section and via the payment method used during the initial purchase (unless expressly requested by the buyer), with the exception of Gift Cards. In principle, the shipping costs of the return package remain the responsibility of the Buyer. In the event of a technical anomaly or an error on the references delivered, the return costs will be reimbursed. The refund will be made once the return package has been received and processed.
