• I Have Placed Orders On Different Dates. Could Ilvi Ship All My Orders In One Package?

  Every order is considered as one package. Ilvi can not guarantee to ship all orders in one package but if none of the order has been shipped yet, the orders can be combined in one package.

• What are the Accepted Payment Methods By Ilvi?

  Ilvi accepts credit card, debit card, bank transfer, pay on delivery (cash or credit card). Pay on delivery service is only available for domestic orders.
