First of all contact customer support through email, all returned Items must be brand new and have all original tags attached. In order to get a refund you need to send Mr Gugu your bank data necessary to make a wire transfer including your Bank account number. You can swap the size or choose something else, and Mr Gugu will ship your replacement within two weeks. Please note that Mr Gugu does not accept swimwear returns and exchanges.
